Refund Policy

Final shipment charges are based on actual weight, actual time, and actual services performed. The exact final charges will be determined after delivery is complete, and in the event that there is an overpayment on your account for services performed, a refund will be processed. Claim issues are separate from transportation service charges and are handled separately.

If you have a claim for any loss, damage, injury or delay, that written claim must be received at our offices within the time period listed on the bill of lading for your shipment.
