Cord Moving and Storage wins a 2020 Family Business Award from St. Louis Business Journal

The St. Louis Business Journal’s 2020 Family Business Awards honor companies for their longevity, perseverance and community involvement because family businesses have always been important to the success of the St. Louis region.

The publication received more than 30 nominations for this year’s awards, reflecting St. Louis’ large number of family businesses that have been successful for generations. The nominations included a wide variety of industries — from retail to plumbing and transportation to photography. Steve Ryan, President of Cord Moving, talks about the award, and the ongoing commitment to the community.

Leads Industry in Moving Satisfaction Per Trippel Research

Chicago, IL — North American Van Lines, Inc., one of the world’s largest moving companies, is honored to rank highest in average Cord_Award_Trippel_2020satisfaction for household goods moving among all leading national full-service moving companies per the 26th Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey© (2020 Results) by Trippel Survey & Research. The annual survey measures the satisfaction of employees moving within the U.S. with relocation services, including household goods moving.

Among national full-service movers providing corporate relocations, northAmerican received the highest average satisfaction score from relocating employees. This is the 2nd year in a row that northAmerican has been ranked tops in satisfaction for moving services by relocating employees.
