It was announced at the recently held Operations Conference in Fort Wayne, IN that Cindy Hess has been once again awarded the All-Star Individual of the Year for 2013. This is not the first time that Ms. Hess has been awarded this distinction since she has received this national award in 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2012. “Cindy has always a been stalwart when it came to servicing Cord’s customers and ensuring that everyone is happy at the end of the day. “There is not a day that goes by that she is not 100% focused on her fellow agents, her drivers and most of all those that are being relocated under her watchful eye,” said Mike Scalera Cord’s Director of Operations.

Cord Moving and Storage also captured the very prestigious top honor as the MVP Agent of the Year for 2013. This is not the first time that Cord Moving and Storage Headquartered in Saint Louis, MO has captured this award since receiving the top honors previously in 2009, 2011 and 2012.
